If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment by emailing email@example.com or by calling our toll free number. We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please return items for exchange in unused condition and in their original packaging. Shipping returns in a sturdy box (not a paper envelope or padded mailer) is ideal, as damaged returns cannot be accepted.
